Real estate is one of the most lucrative investments on the planet. And if you position yourself just right, you can build a sizable fortune by flipping houses for a profit. But you see, the problem with real estate investments is that most people don’t know where to begin.

Newbies try to enter the Real Estate investing industry and fail miserably for three major reasons.

They don't have the right knowledge
They think you need a lot of money or credit to get started
They can't find the right coach or mentor to guide them

These days, the big players have been able to seal off all the entry points into the market, making it almost impossible for newbies to catch a break.

As a newcomer, you can’t find homeowners willing to sell their houses, and you’re not in the loop on any profitable deals.

The final problem newbies face is the misconception that you need large sums of money and excellent credit to be successful in real estate.

You don’t.

Most real estate professionals have mastered the art of using other people’s money (OPM) to make deals and create wealth.

The concept is hard for most newcomers to grasp.

That’s why many people let their bad credit score stop them from quitting their 9-5 and achieving true financial freedom.

But here’s the truth.

You can break into the real estate market regardless of market conditions and the size of players in your area.

Keep watching because all it takes to seal million-dollar deals within your first few years in the industry is a little knowledge.

Like Warren Buffett said, never invest in a business you don’t understand. If you’re going to be successful in the real estate market, you need to learn from the pros.

More importantly, you need to learn from people who have made the mistakes you’re about to make, so they can tell you how to get it right the first time.

And that’s where I come in.

You see, when I first got into real estate, I made a ton of mistakes. I had homeowners turn me down when I asked to help them sell their houses.

One family even threatened to call the police because of my persistence. I didn’t have any money to invest, a bad credit score and I couldn’t sell water to a fish if my life depended on it.

I struggled for months without any results. But then I found a formula that worked for me.

Finally, I was able to flip my first house after 11 months of crazy work.

But it became so much easier after that because I had a formula that produced steady results.

As I refined it, flipping homes got easier and more methodological for me.

However, I wasn’t satisfied with just my results. I wanted to see if anyone could replicate the success by following the same formula.
